TIRE & WHEEL DELIVERY CONVEYOR SYSTEMS

Belt and Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor Systems

Belt conveyor systems are designed with metal frames as well as multiple pulleys or rollers that allow the conveyor belts to rotate freely. They are one of the more popular conveyors due to their low cost as well as their ability to accommodate many versatile products and equipment. They also have the capability of moving products in a straight or curved line, as well as steep vertical inclines, as seen with tire silos.

Chain driven live roller conveyor systems can be either belt or chain driven and are ideal for low-friction transporting of heavy loads for pallets, containers, and fixtures. They are typically zoned using controllable drives for productions, job accumulation, buffer zones, and transfers. CDLRs are best used for conveying parts that are oily or for tire and wheel delivery and can be constructed in a straight or curved path.
